1. You should be based here in the Philippines. Believe me, we have ways of finding out if you are in any of the 7,107 islands or not. Apologies to our kababayans abroad, but we intend this forum to be a networking tool for people who are interested in zines who are geographically based here in the Philippines.

2. You should be into zines either as a reader, writer, artist, distributor or publisher. We want to minimize inactive lurkers.

3. Accept the fact that the TicTiger! Cabal can kick you out of here for any reason whatsoever in connection to abuse, insulting remarks, spamming, disturbing other members and other things we define as misbehaviour without futher notice.

4. Do not attempt to defy our judgement. (see #3)

5. Observe ethical behaviour and proper online etiquette.

6. Do not use name-calling (for example, calling another member 'stupid', etc.). This will guarantee your being banned from this forum.

7. Do not post porn, hate messages/images or any kind of disturbing images such as those found in Rotten.com. You will be banned immediately.
